Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your custom product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Customization

If we make an error with your customization (e.g., misspelled name or incorrect design), we will offer a free replacement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided that production has not already begun. After production starts, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team.
