  • We offer personalized and custom-made gifts such as caricatures, photo frames, table tops, and other unique items.

  • Product images on our website are for illustration purposes. Final products may vary slightly in color, design, or size due to customization.

  • Since many of our products are made-to-order, minor variations are part of the creative process.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, images, delivery address, etc.). We are not liable for errors in customer-provided details.

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways. We do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through reliable courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on location. Express delivery may be available at extra cost.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, provided work on customization has not yet begun.

  • As most of our products are personalized, refunds are not applicable once production has started.

  • In case of damaged or defective products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
